My minor child was being treated by Dr. Lester prior to her having a severe breakdown. While she was in the Hospital, we provided Dr. Lester with all of her updated information on her condition and treatments. After she left the hospital we then contacted Dr. Lester countless times to resume her treatment, however he did not return our calls. Finally, he scheduled one appointment (a month after she was discharged) which he then canceled the night before the appointment. I have left several messages with Dr. Lester and was promised a call back on many occasions however Dr. Lester has not called or showed any concern over her condition. It's now been over 2 months and I will need to start over with a new Psychologist for her treatment. Given the significance of my daughters condition one would have imagined that Dr. Lester would have been responsive and caring, however we had not encountered even the minimum level of care expected from a professional within the Psychological community.
