Great food! Server Candice was great as well!

Not customer focused



Just an over all poor approach to customer service when it comes to resolving issues. We offered to bring them a tray of teh spaghetti they provided as part of a served catering event. There was next to no sauce on the spaghetti.



They did not believe us nor did they try to resolve the issue



Poor quality, poor service all equals lost business.

Disappointing



We used them to cater a very important event and the food quality was poor at best. No sauce to speak of on the spagheti with meat sauce. And teh chicken was non existent on the spcy chicken and artichoke, plenty of oversized pieces of artichoke.... When we expressed our concern to the ownership they offered us free desert on our next visist, how will this offset the disappoint of our 30 guests.



They did not listen so they have lost us an the 30 people who attended our party as clients.



I would encourage you to STAY AWAY.

I didn't care for this restaurant at all!! First of the air conditioner was out and the fans in the floor were accomplishing nothing. Next the dip for the bread was gross. Carrabas definately has them beat hands down. That is where I will go next time.
