Don't ruin your vacation! The units that are rented here are OLD, SMELLY, and riddled with mechanical problems. They are a hazzard to even drive on the road. When you do have problems, this location will push you off to the cruise america main company. Once you get in touch with them, they push you off to the local place. My guess is that this is part of their terrible business plan to frustrate people until they finally give up. Don't bother trying to get a refund of any sort - they will string you along and you'll never actually get any where. Based on all the negative reviews out there for Cruise America, I can't imagine that they'll actually be around too much longer. People will finally catch on.



PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from Cruise America. Go with a local RV dealership. You may pay slightly more, but you'll get a much nicer RV and work with a company that actually cares about their image.
