Tateioms

I have never experienced such bad service. When I first started going to Tatieoms about a year ago, it was fine and my therapist at the time Ms. Brown was great! Doctor Greenwood has also been great as well. I stopped going to Tatieoms for awhile due to some personal problems, but a couple of months ago I started going again. This time I was assigned to a new therapist, but was able to continue seeing Dr. Greenwood. I was only able to see my new therapist twice before I received a voicemail one day explaining that she would no longer be working for Tatieoms and that I would be assigned to another therapist. I waited 1 month for someone to call me, but no one ever did. Now, six weeks later and I still haven’t been assigned to a new therapist and I’ve attempted so many times to call and ask what’s going on. The OWNER has talked to me herself and says that they will have my therapist call and still nothing! Now the Owner won’t even let me get my Medicine because I havent seen my therapist and had the audacity to call me anxious just because I am Frustrated that I’ve been waiting so long and calling, and staff of Tatieoms having lack of communication with their patients. I’m also a mom of three small children and the owner gives me problems every time I take my kids to the office. She approaches me and asks me if I can find a baby sitter for them so I can go to my appointments alone. I am so fed up. I am very easy going and usually never write reviews, but I dont want anyone else to be treated the way I have been treated at this office. They don’t care about their patients emotional or physical needs and they blame their patients for their staffs mistakes.

I've been with this practice for close to 3 years and in this time I've had two different councilors ( due to them leaving����). The only reason I've stayed is because of Dr Greenwood who is a phenomenal doctor. Or I would have left like the others due to the women who runs the business who is rude and down right nasty.

Horrible, unprofessional does not need to be in business!
