Interstate All Battery Center

They installed a Battery in my 1999 Porsche Carrera. on my way home i realized the Dash cluster wasn't working. Next day i bring the car to Porsche. They tell me 3x Fuses are blown. I pay the $160.00 and have the tech at Porsche give his opinion as to how this happened on the receipt. It was caused by the Battery people plugging in some device to save the radio codes. I go back to the store where i purchased the Battery to explain what happened. I was called the next day by store manager Ruben. He requested the receipt from Porsche and apologized for the situation . Two days later i got a check in the mail for the cost at Porsche. When you contact Interstate ask for Ruben. He is not only professional but also a gentleman. Highly recommended. Thank you....
