Hello, I was approved for a loan application on 07/12/2013 and scheduled to come sign papers on Tuesday July 16th at the Latham office at 5 PM with Ginny but got a call from Ginny an employee in the Latham branch stating she now needed more info from me after approving the application process 3 days earlier she made it very clear that I was well enough qualified for this loan and now things have changed signifigantly. The info was in regards to a loan that closed almost a year ago with zero balance which she has right in her possession on my Experian Credit Report that she requested and also she had a terrible attitude just about everytime I spoke with her over the phone and very negative toward me and sounded very grumpy. I will now take my business elsewhere and not refer any friends or family to ONE MAIN FINANCIAL due to poor customer service. I really don't believe people like this should be involved in the sales field due to the nature of dealing with a large client base and very important customers which is the backbone of that business.
