It was concluded that in order to reduce anterior stresses, slight coronal plasty w^ould be done on the mandibular lat erals and central and veneers would be made for teeth #7 and #9, along with the replacement of #8 with an all-ceramic restoration. This conservative approach proved to produce good results in restoring proper colors and contours.
Crowns
The advantages of an all-ceramic restoration compared to a ceramo-metal crown are many indeed. The transmission and dispersion of light through an all-ceramic bonded restoration imitates the "natural" appearance of translucency, vitality, and depth of color. This creates a better harmony with existing dentition that the discerning patient and doctor will appreciate.
Bridges
Precision Porcelain to Zirconia Crowns & Bridges are touted as one of the most esthetic and clinically proven all-ceramic restorations available today. These restorations offer excellent long-term stability with no allergenic potential. Milled from a presintered zirconia block, each framework is colored using one of eight VITA® shades. After sintering for 10 hours to gain strength and fracture resistance, the framework is layered with e.max fluorapatite porcelain. The final Precision restoration demonstrates exceptional marginal fit, lifelike translucency and long-term durability. Prescribe Porcelain to Zirocnia for anterior and posterior single-unit crowns, bridges up to 6 units (with a maximum span length of 55 mm), inlay bridges, wing-type bridges, implant copings and cantilever bridges.

Grey-appearing laterals. The yellow chroma of the cuspids was stronger than any of her remaining teeth. Isolated bleaching was performed on #7 and #10 along with a full lower bleaching treatment. At this time a photo was taken for laboratory communication.
