Pony Express Mail Box Services

This place has really changed in the past few years. The new owners have really cleaned it up and are always pleasant to deal with. I used to dread coming in to get my mail because of one of the workers here who would freak out on people for no reason and I was ready to turn in my key a few years ago but when I walked in everything was repainted and there were new faces at the front desk! 3 years later and I still glad I didn't leave.

I wish I could give this less than one star. The guy that works at the counter there is a real j*rk. Constantly gouging prices and will blatantly refuse to do a service that he's being paid to do. At one point he told me that the guy that came to pick up and drop off mail was a "useless, flaming f*gg*t piece of shit". I couldn't believe it. Pathetic. Do not use this service. Go to the post office on Maryland Parkway across from UNLV. Much cheaper and better service.

I,am a truck driver who is gone for along time and these people come thru every time,no complaints.
