Nevada Pic-A-Part

Horrible service, idiotic employees who are apparently violent. They accused me of stealing parts that I brought in for comparison. The manager cursed at me and immediately walked away into his shed or "office". Darn coward.

It was my first time there and no one told me I had to "mark" my own parts I bring in. They said there was a sign indicating so, but it is not in an obvious location. They stole all of my parts thinking they belong to them.

Some employees were very aggressive and none of them seemed to care what another did to a customer. I will never go there again and don't recommend that others do. Buy your parts online or another shop.

I went ahead and let them have my stuff since they surrounded me with no other choice then I left the premises so they can enjoy the rest of their $8 a hour work day.

I wrote this review for other individuals who may be thinking about going to this pic a part, not for the individuals affiliated with the company. They probably won't care anyway, but you know what: because of my experience others will know that they are a bad group of people regardless of business success and revenue.

I've been going to Nevada Pic a Part for Years and have always been very satisfied, I always call first or go to the website www.nvpicapart.com first since they have two locations, this let's you know what location has the part your looking for. They also have a full service department with new replacement parts at great prices.

I went down to the pic a part on Lamb for a part that I couldn't get cheap from a parts store and they had several other parts that I needed for my truck that would have been hard to find anywhere else and only spent half as much as I would have, not to many places still have old trucks in thier yards but they have rows and rows of trucks from different years.
