Overall

Worst dental experience ever! They must use recycled material for crowns. Over charge for poor results $$$$ for garbage nice work Dr. Hart.

Dr. Hart is a Terrible Dentist

Made an appointment after confirming they accepted my insurance. The work was done, i was given a bill for $2300, knowing my insurance covered 80% i asked how much it covered, i was told that they did not accept my insurance.Completely unprofessional. I argued that over the phone this same person whom i was dealing with in person assured me they took my insurance. I did not get an apology for the mistake but i was told that there was nothing she could do and that they simply did not take my insurance. I asked to speak with the dentist she also didn't take responsibility for her employees mistake. No discount was offered either. I payed the bill in full and the crown i got broke 2 days later, i went back to get it fixed, 2 weeks later it arrived in the wrong size, then sent again and it was the wrong color, then i got it but it was too long so it was filed down only to chip 5 days later, then after 3 months of trial and error i got the crown but the top edge is grey. Don't c DR. Hart

like a used car dealership beware

get a 2nd opinion Do not be confused by fast talking car salesman tactics that have you agreeing and signing a treatment plan that leaves them laughing at you in the long run. If you are looking for pain meds she does hand them out like candy even Walgreens was shocked and I didnt realize why until I took the pain meds.

I had a great experience at Montecito Dental. The masaging chairs were awesome. The staff was great and Dr. Hart did a great job on my veneers. I couldn't be happier

Nice, but worth the wait?

Heddamarie is a nice dentist, but is insufferably late for all appointments. Her office is very relaxing--and it should be. You're going to wait a long time to see her. For me, it's not worth the wait--but she is very nice. On a visit for a filling, I waited 2 hours before I ran out of patience and told the hygienist my patience had run out. Heddamarie was nice and quickly came to do the filling, but I don't think she truly understands Amreican time standards, as she works on "latin time" where 30 minutes late is on time and a 2 hr wait isn't a problem.For those with unlimited time, she is the perfect dentist.
