Kantor Nephrology

I have never seen or experienced a clinic like this before!! I have tried to make my husband an appt. since the end of July, first of August ad have left my name, my husbands name, and asked them if he could come in for an appt. I gave them all the necessary information and they said they would call me back.. Needless to say, I have called at least 5 times, but to no avail.



I have made an appt with another Kidney Specialty Office and have tried to call the administrator of these clinics to let her know how frustrating this was, but, guess what, have not heard from her?



I am not sure if this is how all Kantor Nephrology Consultant Clinics are ran, but in my book, this is not where I want my husband seen. If they don't even have the decency to call you back, what does this say about the practice? I would not give one star if it would post that way!!
