Recently, I had trouble with a fan I had purchased at FANCO and since I am not experienced in diagnosing complicated mechanical problems I contacted the store. The assistant store manager, Michael talked me through possible solutions. He was able to guide and advise me how to reprogram the unit.

It was a great experience having my problem solved in a professional manner. I was very impressed with his willingness to help an old customer. Michael is truly an asset and a wonderful representative of the FANCO COMPANY. I will recommend FANCO to anyone looking to purchase the best ceiling fans with the nicest and knowledgeable personnel.
