        Overall

        Awful company. They replaced our A/C unit and a week later it stopped working. They said they would be here between 5 and 7, nobody had knocked by 730 so i opened the front door. There was business card. I called the number and they advised they were here at 7 and knocked and no one answered. I said thats rediculous we have been here all night. She advised she called and knocked. I verifed she did call my sister inlaw who missed the call but she couldn't have knocked or we would have heard. I believe she stuck the card in the door and left!! She was unprofessional and didn't make an adequate effort to let us know she was here.

        Overall

        I have lived in Las Vegas for 12 years. This company is by far the best company in town. They take excellent care of their customers. When they say they are going to be at the house at a certain time, they are there. Thank you Tom for always taking such good care of us. We had two ac units stolen on a rental property. We had 6 companies give us estimates, Expert Air by far was the best!!
