Excel Auto Body

Tiffany screwed me over bigtime. Drips, runs, other damage done to my car. She refuses to refund me for the terrible job she did and we are now waiting to got to small claims court. Avoid her like the plague!!

I was referred to tiffany at excel by her father who is a coworker of mine. The first time I used her to repair my vehicle her guys did a decent job. There were some issues with finish but she had them sort it out.



I would have recommended her shop at this point. Fast forward and I get Ino another accident. My car was at her shop for over a month. When I got it back the car looked like hell. Drips and runs, tape lines with paint flakes poking out, the Window glass was reinstalled improperly.



I had asked her to please shut windows and doors to protect the interior of my wife's beautiful car. However the entire car both inside and under the hood were covered in a thick layer of paint/body dust.



The colors of the paint scheme were not applied in the right places. I've now left the car with her twice to fix the problem and both times I've been without a car for weeks only to receive the car back in no better shape.



Tiffany doesn't take time to ensure quality control or even to ensure her customer gets what they need. I honestly feel that she doesn't care about me.



Because if she did, my car would be done right by now.



But it is still wrong, I am unhappy, and I'm not about to leave my car at her shop yet another time.



I will have to come out of pocket at another shop to get this fixed.

You have to be NUTS to bring your car here. Other posters here only post positive ads because they are friends of Tiffany. Tiffany is a liar and a SCAMMER!! I paid for OEM parts and she instead put cheap aftermarket parts on it. TERRIBLE paint job.Drips and runs on both bumpers. She did additional damage to my vehicle also. We are now in court as a result. She does NOT do high end work BE CAREFUL!! Take your car somewhere else and avoid a headache and monetary loss!!

Took my Elantra to Excel to have a bit of front end work done. Replaced bumper, fender liner, a light assembly, and of course had paint matched throughout. Couldn't be happier! Got an incredible price, vehicle was ready pretty quick, and I genuinely couldn't be happier! Will definitely be repeat business!

Excel took in my son's 1996 convertible Camaro "basket-case" and turned it into an absolute stunner! Fast, Friendly and Fair. Thanks Tiffany.
