Hart holds a Doctorate Degree in Clinical and Scientific Psychology a Graduate from Utah State University, a Masters Of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from North Dakota State University, and a Bachelors Of Arts Degree in Psychology, from the University of North Dakota. He has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1987 and licensed Las Vegas Psychologist. Dr. Hart has been in private practice for over thirty (30) years.
