Desert Rose Apartments

I had lived at Summer Place for 3 years until a new owner bought the complex. He walked in and raised the rent. One year later he came back with a fresh lease and wanted to raise my rent to $550 a month so I moved out a few month's ago. That's not a lot of rent for Vegas but it is for these apartments and neighborhood.

They were painting the building's outside and adding a security gate but nothing in our units. They have window ac units in the wall but they are mounted at the ceiling and they are, can't hear your tv loud. I needed a refrigerator the first year and they traded mine for another junker and it came with squatters. Roaches, there's a he'll of a bug problem there.

i am a current resident at DESERT ROSE APARTMENTS and enjoy living here, sure it was getting a bad rap a couple years ago, but since new owners took over the complex in2012 they made MAJOR improvements, such as 9 FOOT high gate with cameras a major overhaul on the floor plans in each apartments remote controlled air conditioning in every apartment and all the other annemities also a mjor overhaul of the pool and to top it all off FREE WI-FI which was just installed 24-7 a must see for for the persons on a limied budget, the staff are are very well versed on day-to-day dealings I give this complex a 4 star rating a tour is very well done, hope to see you soon
