        They won't return your deposit. I am now a year waiting for it to be returned. It was cleaner when I moved out than I moved in. I painted the fence, fixed the fence door, planted a tree. All the units are roach infested. The roads are not paved. You have to goto office to get your mail. Very hard to get your mail forwarded.
