Amber Hills West Homeowners

Doesn't answer phone!! Called many times at different hours with no avail. No answering machine either to take message. Also tried other phone number 702-221-9255, they have an answering machine and I left message. It's been over a week and no reply. There's never a person to answer the phone only a recording and leaving a message doesn't work either because they do not call you back.
