Nopalito Restaurant

even though their food is not so bad, but not my favorite i have to say they have the worst managing team ever. they treat their employees like animals and with no respect whatsoever. they not only abuse them verbally but physically and emotionally as well and, still ask for them to act completely normal and happy on the floor i can't believe they use God as a reference in this restaurant when they can't even show mercy to their employees, not only that but they use the, place to congregate. its a Shame as a Christian to know what goes on on that restaurant and its also sad to see,new employees almost every other week because people can't stand their mistreatment. also the managers have no work ethics whatsoever nor they are matture enough to treat people with respect apparently they think of themselves so highly above others and believe they can do whatever they want with their employees. some employees are afraid to loose their jobs and so for the need to put food on the table, they put up with their abuse.

They have the best green chile! I love the food and how friendly they are! This is my families and my #1 favorite Mexican food place!
