Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

We have been going to Jackson Hewitt for many years but the last year when we went they messed up on our taxes bad. To make a long story short...They basically lied about not having all the paperwork and when it was found in the file they said we must have brought it in later and had it placed in file. We ended paying back money for their mistakes that we didn't have. We contacted the owner and his attitude was that it was our fault because his employee John said we did not turn in all the paperwork work which was was totally untrue. I will never let them do my taxes again and they will do whatever it takes not to admit to any of their lies or mistakes
