I could not agree less with the previous review. We purchased our home from Hakes in east El Paso. The house is top quality and well built with a very reasonable price tag. The workman that got our house ready were craftsman and did excellent work. The warranty process is simple and fast, for the few minor issues we had. Usually a 48 hour turnaround. If I had it to do over again I would buy from them again. We purchased our home in March 2017. Could not be happier.

Worst house buying experience in my 30 years of military house buying. Sales people were inconsistent and inconsiderate. Rebates changed or disappeared weekly. Housing prices varied by $20/Sq Ft in the same neighborhood. Did not even have the courtesy to reply to my offer.
