        Walgreens as a whole has become terrible. This new "care center" is nothing but a time consuming fraud. Now you have to beg or tell them why you need to talk to the pharmacist (10 Minutes on avarage), then if you are lucky, they connect you to the store of your choice and it takes an additional 10 minutes to reiterate your concerns. By that time,

        you could be seriously ill. And the pharmacists wonder why you are angry and aggravated by the time you speak to them! The employees at the "care center" are not nurses, or pharmacists, they are just your average joe that now knows information about you that shouldn't be revealed under the HIPPA law. Maybe, that is what it is going to take for someone to sue under the privacy law.

        The only concern Walgreens has is for their profits, not the people. Can't wait to transfer from this ill-equipped company.
