My computer needed help with the sound so I brought it to Belltech Computer Solutions and they did a great job! They were courteous and professional too. Since a part they ordered took more time than expected to arrive, they discounted my bill significantly. I will go back to them for all my future computer needs!

Matt repaired my desktop and so I asked him to download all that info into my new tablet. He did this for $280. When I picked up the tablet I could not open it without my Gmail password. When I got it home I discovered that someone had changed the password on 2/15/18. It wasn't me. I changed my Gmail password to a new one and still could not get into my new tablet. He said he could take all the info out and start over again for $125. Seems to me if he created this mess he should fix the mess without any charge. He never asked me whether I wanted to use Gmail or any other password to get into my tablet. Now i have a tablet which I cannot use unless I pay him $125 for the error he made. Sometimes a business should repair their mistakes without any charge to keep a good standing and reputation. Very disappointingl. I hope he sees this review and decides to fix the problem without charge as it should be don

addendum: Belltech did in fact correct the problem I was having to my satisfaction. Four stars****

BellTech Solutions is far above and beyond any experience I have come to know when dealing with ANYTHING COMPUTER or TECH related.I had recently run into a problem that I for sure thought was too big to have any hope of having anything done about it. ALOT of issues and hating on things l, very problematic but and non responsive. I you are convinced it was bricked.Well that isn't a problem when dealing with BellTech Solutions.Not only did they take the time to make me feel better about what I was facing they did it with a smile and fixed ALL my problems and did it so fast I couldn't believe it.They are the only ones who I trust when it comes to sending my stuff to be repaired.They are honest and friendly and beyond professional.They are a breath of fresh air. I can't Thank You enough BellTech!!! YOU GUYS ARE JUST SIMPLY THE BEST! These guys are a 100+Perfect name. BellTech Solutions. If you have a problem they seriously do have the solution. Amazing absolutely amazing!

I do not recommend this business because of the poor service I received. After waiting two months for a new iPad screen, it was obvious they lost my order. When I complained, they suddenly found the screen. The "tech" apparently only works a few days each week. After leaving the ipad after being told it would only take a few hours. The next day I was told they were behind and it would take several more days. I asked for my deposit back and was only given the screen, which is of no use. They were very rude and no help at all.

Debbie, We do not stock a lot of Apple products. If you are interested in having the screen installed we would be more than happy to to the job at no cost for the inconvenience. I was working on another job and didn't hear anyone being rude. The technician just explained we were playing catch up after the holiday and we would have the job complete the following day.

This was a drive-by for me and I feel lucky to have stopped in. My HP was over 5yrs old & I was receiving the 'blue screen of death' as well as numerous other errors. I thought first thing they would recommend was to get a new one. Laptop was left and within the next day it was backed up and fixed. My main concern was not losing anything. It was never suggested to purchase a new one, until I asked what THEIR recommendation would be. It was evident BellTech is not in the business of making additional monies. The price for fixing/backing up my old one was extremely reasonable. They even offered me a coupon I did not have. I did end up buying a new laptop yet keeping my old one and returning for basic transfer questions. Larry was gracious enough to walk me thru some of my transfer questions @no additional charge. Professionalism is of utmost importance. Place is very casual & coffee + tea makes it even more inviting. Thank you Belltech

Belinda, This is harassment. I have fixed everything you have told me you are having problems with. We have replaced your rom drive at no charge, given you a usb extension at no charge for your iPod shuffle, did a complete overhaul on your machine and have worked on your machine without question every time you bring it back to me. Even after you used your machine for over a month before bringing it back to me or calling. Every time you pick the machine up we demonstrate it to you and you happily take it with you and say thank you. Then you leave nasty messages on facebook insinuating that Belltech has ripped you off and this is not true. You came to me as a referral from Tammy and I gave you a deal. I did not charge you extra for the rom drive when you first came into the shop. I did an overhaul which is posted on the wall as soon as you enter the shop. I told you the cost on the phone and you agreed to have you machine serviced. If you are still having trouble with your machine I am more than willing to continue to help you fix the machine. Running slow every once in a while is what you are telling me is wrong with the machine. Avira will not slow your machine down. Your Netgear router may need to be unplugged for a couple of minutes and then plugged back in. That may help with the intermitted issues with speed. You may also want to contact your internet provider and ask them to test your line for bandwidth speed. It was running fast, the iPod worked and your rom drive was replace and in good working order this last time you were in the shop. So just let me know what I can do to help. There is no need for the language!!! I never worked on your laptop. If it is giving you the same problems as the desktop it might be the device you are attaching to the machines. I have been willing to work with you. You never show up or follow through with what you say you are going to do. Outstanding service....don't bother with the big box stores. Come in here for a professional job!! Snowbirds this is the place to go!!! They take the time for "show and tell". Question or confused a day or so later....stop in and ask. Exceptional customer service.

Thank goodness I have my lapt...

Thank goodness I have my laptop which they did not touch! Ever since they worked on my desktop, it has not worked right. It is worse since I took to them. Took back 3 times and they cant fix what they broke. No wonder they have CASH only because that means NO REFUNDS and NO GUARANTEES

This place was not what I expe...

This place was not what I expected at all, I've been jerked around by other computer geniuses in the past... I was very hesitant to bring my computer anywhere. The staff was very helpful, the shop was as clean as it could be, they were very busy with all the computers they had. I was amazed at the prompt service and felt they went out of their way to help with my needs. To top it off they came to my house and set up my new printer. I'll be returning here from now on.
