Is sad to say but this particular office has a poor customer service and the representatives are very arrogant towards the customer. They don't help out with customers doubts instead they just ignore their needs and do whatever is best for them to get a sale. Once I caught one of the representatives taking a picture of herself and been on facebook while there was customers waiting and she was not even helping them out. Representatives are not well trained and doesn't know how sell insurance, overall it might be a good company but the front liners people that represents the company are not the best options. I remember there was a time when this company used to have good customer service, a word of advices please hire people who really wants to work and don't hire those who just want to look pretty.

This insurance agency takes advantage of people with low income and low credit. They look for any reason not to pay any claims and offer only bare bone coverage. They lure people in with low rates but a lot of times these rates are usually with a high deductible that the normal person can't pay and don't tell them that they don't cover any other cars that you may drive such as a friend or family member's car, rental or service loaner, which other insurance companies traditionally cover. They also will take very important coverages off your insurance to give you those rates but if something happens, you are on your own and end up paying more out of pocket. Their customer service is also non-existant. They hire people willing to work $7.00 an hour who are not certified in the insurance field but are basically just cashiers and cannot answer your questions. All I have to say is buyer beware - the lowest price is not always the best value.
