        Very helpful

        I called around town looking for a replacement part for my laptop. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. She informed me that the part I wanted was not in stock, but they could order it for me. She told me the approximate cost of the part before I was able to ask her how much it would cost. Even though they couldn't help me this time, I will definitely go back to them for help in the future.

        One thing that we strive for is excellent customer service and I will stand behind each and every one of our employees as they are all friendly and courteous and that is what our reputation has been built on. I did notice by searching your user name kadia3 that you had the exact same thing to say about several businesses in our area including Office Depot, Best Western and Chase Bank who I do business with regularly and I do not agree with your reviews about them either. They are all great people to work with and I will respond to each and every one of your negative postings to defend them as well. Tina Lindsey
