Lett's Bridal & Formal Wear

I walked up to a lady that worked there and asked if they had a specific dress, she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know" and walked away. I first thought she was checking on it, but she didn't. I waited over a half hour for help, but kept getting brushed off. They need more professional staff.

It's a bummer that other people didn't have very good experiences with this place but I absolutely loved it there! I am a bride and my wedding is in 24 days. My dress came in on time and in the right color. I even had all my bridesmaid get their dresses there and we haven't run into any problems yet. The staff has been very helpful every time I've gone in and Mr. Lett's is so nice! They've all helped to make this feel like such a special time for me! I'm very grateful and would recommend this place to anyone!

I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me rate it lower. Do not go to this store! After going through loops with this store, the sales person here lied to us about what they could get. The ownership was terrible and sales staff. The dress arrived and wasn't the same color as what we ordered. This place is terrible.‎

Lett's Bridal is a wonderful bridal store here in lansing. I ordered my dress, my mothers dress, and my entire bridal parties dresses from his store and everything was perfect. Mr. Lett was there at the front desk to welcome me my friends and family in every time i walked into the store. The girls that work at the store are all really sweet and they are willing to help you until you walk out of the store. It's a great store and don't let that crazy ladies last review hinder you from stopping in the store

I first went in to order my wedding dress in october, was told it would be in jan 15 and they would call me. they never called, I called on jan 18th and the lady sounded annoyed, said it was probably just late and that I should wait at least a week after it should be in, and that I should wait untill they call me. Feb 8th I call them because I hadn't heard from them yet. (good thing my wedding is in july) they tell me to call back in a couple hours and it seems like its because they cant find my dress. a few hours later, its there so we set up an appt to have it fitted, and although the appt is in a week, I'm skeptical about the experience. Now granted, the entire time people have been very friendly and nice, so I was too, things get busy and it might have just been late.

So I try to order bridesmaid dresses through them. I found some online that i liked so i decided to call letts to ask prices to help me decide between the dresses. I called 3 times, each time they were busy, asked for my name, phone number, and what dresses I was interested in and said they'd call back. They never did. The last time I called about dresses (the fourth time) the lady was rude and kept telling me that "oh we dont usually give prices over the phone, you have to come in, but I can make an exception (funny no one else had a problem, yet again they never did call back). so I tell her the dresses, and she says she'll be right back. 35 minutes later of being on hold and hearing nothing from anyone I hang up and admit to my self yet again I've been forgotten.

Ya they have great prices but I dont think its worth all the B.S. you have to go through just to get customer service, I'll be getting my bridesmaids dresses through some else thank you.
