        was there on 02/01/2012. the store has been painted , all inventory moved around to areas of use ; antennas and television products in one area, tools, chemicals, heat shrink in one area. really user friendly... they do not have repair parts for computers, but do have batteries etc. Industrial parts have to be asked for, but have moved several parts off the shelves onto the isles. Datacomm seems to be strong.

        It sux to be so out of touch with new technology, and OLD, as in the staff are OLD, and LAZY. When you call they say, "Well, yeah, I'm pretty sure we have that." instead of, "Just a sec, let me check". Even when they can't come up with the name of a product that they sell it's like, "Uhm, it's N-key or N-keygen, something like that." WTH?? It's as though the phone was put in for emergencies only, or as a substitute for their crappy web site, which doesn't even seem to come up any more. They probably have no one that works there to keep a web site online. And the selection of items includes only a few of the most basic supplies and equipment that modern electronics, radio and computer people need. It's scary how far behind computer technology they are. I wouldn't doubt that they would have what I needed if I was repairing the ENIAC, but they don't even have the plastic tools you need to work on laptops and other portable devices or peripherals for computers, let alone modern surface mou
