My wife began doing business with Bert and John at DNZ Auto Repair in 2009 while I was deployed with the US Army. Our experiences with DNZ have been nothing short of fabulous! They are very pro-military, honest guys. They offer a strong military discount. They really seem to believe in being fair, responsive and honest. They have saved us money by suggested other cheaper ways to get something fixed (battery replacement with free installation from a "chain store") even when it meant losing a sale. They have saved us money by finding used seatbelts for our van after our dog chewed them, then their labor charge for the replacement was very fair for the amount of work it took. Doing business with Bert and John has been a refreshing change from the current trend of repair shop gouging and finding other things wrong just to inflate the bill.

Good service and friendly; when I returned with a problem, they fixed it with no hassles. I would recommend them to friends.

John and Bert are great! Not one time did I feel like I was getting "taken"! Quality auto repair, great customer service...... they wont feed you a line of crap just to get your business. They tell you whats wrong, what it will take to fix it, and how much it is gonna be. NO UPSELLING!

Many occassions I have "popped" in and they have stopped what they were doing to address/repair all my concerns and problems. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I refer them to everyone I meet. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

I was extremely happy with DNZ Auto Repair. The job was done correctly, on time, and exactly as quoted. No upselling or padding the bill, I appreciated that. I had a bad experience at Dasher Garage, several attempts to upsell, the bill was more than originally quoted, and the owner argued and talked down to me (and his employees). DNZ has a great tagline - "Don't dash into a high repair bill". Good riddance Dasher, you screwed me for the last time - I am very happy to have a new mechanic in Lansing - thank you very much John and Bert - I'm really happy you guys chose Lansing to set up shop!!!
