Greenbelt Exxon Towing

Worst experience!! My serpentine belt came loose on my way home from work. Roadside assistance called Greenbelt Exxon towing. After 2 1/2 hours and two phone calls inquiring the status the tow truck arrived. The only word spoken to me was "keys". He loaded my car quickly and then drove off! Leaving me standing in the parking lot with my family. When I called to speak with the company, he answered, I stated my concern and his response was "so". He then states he was "on the road" and hung up. Three additional phone calls; I was told I was "chatting with my girlfriends" , "not ready to go" and he had 5 additional calls to go on. I was hung up on each and every call. Finally after not being able to locate him, I ended up apologizing for wasting his time and requested he simply drop off my car. A horrible experience
