We had at least 6 leaks in our roof after completion and all they do is send out workers to caulk holes. Roof put on incorrectly, workers nailed shingles directly thru the roof. Builder extremely arrogant. Nothing is ever his problem once you ask for something to be corrected. Talks over the top of you and absolutely doesn't listen. Unpleasant experience, wish I had done my homework. Owner always tells you over and over what a great deal you got. Office sales person pleasant but never tells you what you will encounter once she turns it over to him. Once contract is signed she is out. Not really a contract but order form and builder being the alleged "expert" should clarify warranty coverage, but conveniently does not.

Maston Homes built my house two years ago. It came in on time and on budget. Any little glitches were dealt with immediately. The workers were very nice and on time every day - never a no-show- and the boss came by at least once a day to make sure things were going well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My husband and I built our home with Maston Homes and could not have been more pleased! Everyone was wonderful to deal with. The sales and office staff were always friendly, professional and communicated with us. The guys in the field really know what they are doing.



We love our new home and would highly recommend Maston Homes to anyone looking for a new house!

Maston Homes Shingled my roof for me and they did the best job. It looks so good. Thanks for a five star job.

We built our new home last year and choosing a builder was not something we took lightly. We ended up selecting Maston Homes because it was a small, local company. Once the many different "Contracts and purchase agreements" were signed, there was nothing but conflict.



We ended up with the wrong hardwood floors (choose- Dark Walnut ended up with stained natural.) Promised a 24'x24' Maston Standard Garage, ended up with a 22'x22' garage due to an error in the paperwork. Never received lighting plans and now we are left with no lights on the outside of our Garage. We also caught a major siding error during building process that had to be corrected. Paid for Hydro-seed to all uncovered land. The bank was bulldozed because the seed was not taking and was never re-seeded as told. Now we are left with an unfinished bank right in front of our house. This has led to major water problems during heavy rains. Water is getting in behind our waterproofing seal on the east and west walls. Visible water stains can be seen inside.



After exhausting all options with Maston Homes, we are left with a hill that has not been hydro seeded and an extremely WET basement.



UNFORTUNATELY, the overall building experience with Maston Homes has been tremendously trying.
