I must say that I love this company. Very professional, always accomidating, and there are always people to back up the sitter / walker assigned so that I never have to worry what will happen if someone is sick. The person who came to do my consult was professional and courteous. She went over everything and answered every question I had - and in great detail.



These people are really qualified and have fantastic customer service. The only down side is that, when I call, I will have to leave a message and wait for a call back - but from what I understand right now there is only one person who does the consultations and takes the calls. I never have to wait long for a call back though, which is the plus. Dont let that deter you though - they are worth every penny!

I loved dealing with Tiffany. She was very accomidating and professional. She did everything she could to help our dog out and was quick and easy to book when we went away. We have used this company for training our dog, smoothing out his behavioral problems, and pet sitting. In August my husband and I will be scheduling Wags 'N Purrs to come and walk our dogs in the afternoon - we know we have the best in town!



Tiffany even made a special trip - at no charge to us - to check on our dog during a really hot day last week when she was pet sitting. That is professional and that is service - above what I imagined I would get.
