Certified Carpet

We had our carpet cleaned yesterday and the technician did a beautiful job. We had the room painted two days before having the tech clean the carpet and it looks brand new even though it is 13 years old. We wish the painters would have done their job as well as this carpet tech. He was very careful and explained how he was going to do each step and we are very happy with the job he did. We would not call any other business but CERTIFIED CARPET in the future and would highly recommend them!!

I would not recommend Certified Carpet (of Lancaster). They recently came to clean my carpets and, although they did a decent job of cleaning most of the carpet, they left a very large stain in one corner. I know for certain that it wasn't there before. When I returned to ask them how to fix it, they gave me some excuse about a "brownout" and said they would set up a recleaning and asked when I was available. Then, the night before they were supposed to do a recleaning, they left a voicemail, giving me a totally different arrival time, which didn't work for me. So I had to reschedule the recleaning. When the technician arrived, he said that I must have spilled something there and that it wasn't his fault (no mention of the first "brownout" excuse). He then bragged about how good he is at his job and recommended I set up an appointment with them for carpet replacement, which would cost me over $100.00 more. No thanks.

While they have a great product, their customer service skills are lacking. I called for an appointment, was scheduled only to have no one call or show from the company. I called back to see what happened and was assured I was hear back from them and it's a week later with no response. I would not recommend this company just for the sheer frustration of actually researching a company only to have them not show up or call for an appointment or answer the question as to why no one showed.
