Terrible attorney.

To this day I am still dealing with issues that he should have handled in court with the judge. If you need an attorney to fight for you this is not your guy. He is a terrible defense attorney and will do nothing for you in domestic court as well. He will not stand up to Judge Smith and gives you terrible advice. He withdrew as my counsel without even telling me when he was caught laying to me and giving me false information. Stay away from this clown and this firm. Not worth $350 an hour.

Do your research. Men have no chance in Lancaster as it is....using this guy makes it worse.

Stay away from this attorney, and the firm for that matter. Paul Hensley is not someone who you want on your side. I was recently accused of a crime I did not commit by the city prosecutor of Lancaster and could prove my innocence and all Paul wanted to do was push plea deals. He is more interested in keeping Judge Smith happy then sharing the facts. He did not submit evidence and never showed up to any of my court hearings when I was arrested. He will continue to tell you just to keep quiet and trust him which is a very bad idea. He stated to me that 85% of his clients are male and don't stand a chance under all the "female régime" that has now taken over the Fairfield County court system. The Fairfield court system is the worse around and you need a good attorney. Just one example is the courts assigned the wrong child to my case when I asked for a Guardian for my daughter and EVERYONE signed off on it, including Paul and his staff, and got all the way to me without anyone noticing. When I asked Paul's admin she had nothing other than, I will get that fixed. Does that sound like a firm you want watching over you? Paul also enjoys bragging about his new condo at 7-springs and his lavish vacation spots. He wanted to brag more about his kids as mine was being taken from me for NO reason. I will be more than happy to share. Please understand that I am not posting this because I lost my case and my daughter, Fairfield County hates all men, but HOW I lost. He failed to represent me and is the most unethical attorney in my mind. He is very passive and NOT a fighter. He is quite the push over in court. Why is can't you hold these people responsible for the work they do...or don't do? I hired Paul...last time I checked he worked for me, but that is not how he works. His "billing" is very shady as well and will not give you detailed billing. That right there is something to watch out for.
