I have been shopping for a car for a little less than a year and I finally was able to test drive a Honda accord less than a week ago the salesman that I encountered was GERMAN CANDELARIA he was very friendly and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel any pressure at all ....I enjoyed the test drive I had and I came back on the weekend to test drive two more cars and finally made my decision on buying a Honda Accord Sport 2.0 As I test drove I really enjoyed his demonstrations and knowledge on the cars I drove. I felt comfortable enough to inquire more on the Accord with no pressure to buy! If I had concerns or silly questions I was able to ask and I can honestly say they were answered accordingly and it felt like I was talking to family. Everyone I encountered at Lancaster Honda was very professional and easy going. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to go to this dealership!!! Great experience here. Theodore Robinson was very friendly and helpful for my entire visit there. He wasn't very pushy and didn't pressure me as much as a normal car salesperson would. I love the car that I bought. I only spent a few hours there; from test driving to driving out with my new car. Thank you very much for the great service.

We went to Lancaster Honda to purchase a new vehicle our sales associate was Theodore Robinson, he is the best sales rep we ever had he has a lot of knowledge in all the vehicles we ultimately made the decision to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord Sport he gave us all his time he was very patient with my many questions sometimes I asked the same question more than once and he didn't make me feel bad about it . He honestly made our experience more like friend's then just "customers" and we didnt feel he was "just selling us any car " we highly recommend his customer service and experience to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. First rate Autos and first rate service. David Boyle (?) was nice to deal with and took extra steps to make sure all went well with scheduled service.
