A V Celebrations

From the beginning of my wife's and I planning we contacted AV celebrations. Very friendly service and very knowledgeable. We met with her for the preparations and to go over what was needed for the wedding. The day before our wedding she showed up with her crew and promptly got to work. The day of the wedding she came and put finishing touches on everything. It was so gorgeous. Hand crafted and elegant. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional opinion and a heart that's in it for you.

Really good service and a really good business delivered my order on time and let me rented it out until 10p.m. And had no problem picking it up well recommended great quality and variety of selections to pick from

Part 2 of 2 You can imagine my panic when I picked up the message from my neighbor the next morning as I was enroute to the house. I immediately start calling the number for AV Celebrations. No answer. I left a DOZEN messages that day. Oh, and did I mention that there was no call from them on my cell phone? Not one message from these Tools. I get to the house praying that they were there and setting up. Maybe this was all a big misunderstanding. I’m stressing because I have about 80-100 people who are scheduled to be at my house starting at 12:30pm. AV Celebrations stood us up. Did I mention 80ish people were scheduled to be at my home at 12:30??? And now I had no tables, no chairs and no big ass tent on one of the hottest days that week! AV CELEBRATIONS can suck a big one! I never heard from them again. It has been 3ish weeks and they never returned my calls. Terrible way to do business. Stay far away from these jokers!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I was quoted around $1,200 for the chairs I needed to rent and she blew off my appointment twice!!!!! Not even sure if this is a real business.... She had me meet her at her house... She had me and my fiancée waiting fifteen minutes outside her house for the second attempt to meet with her.... (The first time she completely forgot about us and had no idea who I was until half way into her cancelling our appointment) What a freaking sham. I gave this lady two tries and she seems absolutely unreliable!!!! The only reason she has one star is because I couldn't give less!!!! Terrible!!!
