        Terrible Customer Service

        Everything about my experience at Robi's was completely unsatisfactory. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The young girl standing behind the desk barely spoke and when she did, it was barely audible. My prints had clearly not been reviewed as the color was way off. They agreed to re-do them and told me it would be a few minutes, it was over an hour and during this time no one made any effort to update me on what was taking so long. I came to Robi's hoping for higher quality prints, what I got was poorer quality than I can get at Walmart at more than twice the cost and with much worse service. Some of the staff are clearly very knowledgable about photography, but they also clearly prefer film to digital. Well it's the digital age, and you should treat your digital customers with as much respect as you do your film customers.
