A Step Above Child Care

Being self employed, A Step Above Child Care has been a lifesaver! I can meet with clients and get my work done in peace and quiet. My son loves it there, and has made several friends. I have been getting lots of compliments on how well socialized he is, and I have to give a lot of the credit to the friendly, energetic, and creative atmosphere at A Step Above Child Care!

I just wanted to take a quick moment and write you a review for the great experience I’ve had. First off, I’m very particular about who I leave my children with, but I found these facilities to be great, and the atmosphere inside is very conducive of learning and fun. This is the first time my kids are actually excited to get dropped off at daycare. They have made lots of new friends, and I have made great connections with the staff and other parents too. They really are A Step Above! Thanks! :)

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! i suggest looking else where if you want you child in daycare.

We really wish we had listened to the reviews about this daycare before we sent our son there. We started him there when he was around six months old, and by the time he was 10 1/2 months we pulled him out.



He was constantly sick while he was at this daycare, worse then just normal colds (parainfluenza, pneumonia and bronchitis to name a few). I understand kids get sick at daycares, but this was excessive (he NEVER was sick until we put him here).



Our second main concern were the caregivers. They are young and untrained. Twice we picked up our son at the end of the day to find him BURNING up. They did not take his temperature at all or called us all day to tell us he was sick. This is why all the kids are so sick! They also never wiped his nose so we would pick him up at 5 and the poor kid would have boogers caked on his face. I would also go at lunch a few times a week to feed my son and the caregivers never cleaned off toys as kids were putting them in their mouths, hence the constant sicknesses!



The director always seemed to have an excuse for everything and always became very defensive instantly. When we told her we were leaving (and honestly we never once complained about anything there) she right away told us that we owed two weeks more and the current week didn't count because it was Tuesday already. That's fine, we didn't complain, but you'd think her first response would be to ask why? Not get mad.



Oh and the cameras NEVER seem to work. Needless to say we are enrolled at Kiddie Academy now. A little more expensive but more clean and professional!

We are so happy that our daughter loves her teachers and all of her friends. She is 3 years old, but she knows everybody's name there, and he even tells us what was for lunch, every day on our way home. It is just an amazing place.

This is a wonderful daycare where my son has absolutely thrived for the past year and a half. Highly great nurturing care and excellent caregivers who support parenting goals.

A Step Above Childcare has wonderful teachers, staff and the programs they provide for our kids. I know for sure my son will come out of this school fully prepared for a brighter future.

I have been very happy with the care he is receiving at this day care. They call me immediately if he has a fever or any type of concern arises. The teaching staff work hard to do educational activities with the kids and seem to invest their own personal time in doing a good job

Since day one when my little one was a 1 years old, they have been nothing but caring. We have been very happy with A Step Above Child Care.

My son has been going there for a year and he loves going to school every day. His teacher really cares about all the kids and she pays individual attention to every single one.

What a wonderful preschool! We love it, it's a great place for children. Our daughter has learned so much, and the staff is AMAZING. You feel like family when you go here.

I love the staff here, the curriculum they teach the kids, and the activities they involve the children in. Everyone here is great and I trust them without a doubt!

A Step Above Childcare has a very good educational program. They have a happy environment. I'm glad that I take my daughter here.

The staff does a great job with the children. My son seems to enjoy coming here. Great daycare! I would recommend to friends and family.
