Lolita Salon and Spa

Samsons was recommended to me by a co-worker who has gone there for many years. I have gotten excellent and courteous service every time I go to get my hair styled. The staff is helpful and friendly, and Dawn always does a great job on my color and cut. Savannah has done my mother's hair, and she was quite pleased with the result. I would definitely give the stylists five stars out of five. The reason for the four star rating is the decor, but that is due to the wishes of the owner, not the wonderful ladies who work there.

I went to Samsons Hair salon yesterday to get a cut color and highlights. the girl was nice name Savannah but the cut and color was not so nice. I had to be to work so I couldn't stay there and tell her that. my cut is HORRIBLE!!! It is longer on one side then the other and the color is even worse orange!! But here is the worst part I went back today to see what they would do about the situation. The ladies in there were very rude and not accomidaing at all of course they wanted to cut my hair again but i am not letting another person in that salon touch my hair so I said no that i want my money back they siad that they all they could give me is half. I said I am not okay with that so i spoke on the phone with the owner and he was VERY rude saying that I could contact a lawyer to get the rest of my money back!!!! awful just awful!!!! So i will not be returning to that salon and I am telling everyone I know not to also.
