Lakewood Transportation

They are GREAT transportation service, they charge cheap rates within the city. I recommend Lakewood taxi services.

I booked a taxi for 4am and it arrived 3:55am. Perfect. Fare was less than another company. They only take cash.

They lie about everything. The dispatcher, Money, will always tell you, "He'll be there in 15 minutes". If the car shows up in 45 minutes you're lucky ! He'll tell you the fare is $15, when you get to your location it's suddenly $20. The drivers are nice and they hate this guy, but what can they do. DON'T USE THEM ! You'd be better off walking, it's quicker and cheaper !!!

This is literally the worst cab company I have ever dealt with in my life. Words cannot explain how god awful these people are. They literally told me they had no cabs after calling them days in advance to set up a scheduled time call. To make matters worse they never called to let me know they couldn't provide the service they had promised. When I asked if my future time calls were okay, the dispatcher replied "Probably not". I have never seen witnessed such deplorable customer service. Not even close. This "business" should be closed down immediately.
