Kitty has a strong touch and spent time talking to me to find out what my needs were and where my pain was. She knew how to stretch and work with my very painful hip and helped my shoulders and neck to relax. Kitty is a very skilled massage therapist- I have tried many and she definitely knows what she is doing. She explains the difference in your posture that can be made through working specific muscle areas, but I don't experience soreness afterward- just relief. I cannot say enough about her work

I have some back issues from sitting at a computer all day, and went to Katherine for massage. My back felt so relaxed afterwards, and the pain I was feeling in my midback went away. She also worked on my feet and I stopped getting feet cramps in middle of the night. She is very knowledgeable in holistic health in general, and a pleasure to talk with. She makes you feel very at ease and comfortable too. But mostly, she really cares, and wants to heal you, not just relax you, so she' way better than most I've been to. I recommend her highly.
