VSE Septic Service

So disappointed with this company. We used them for 2 years on a contract basis to make sure our aerobic septic system was working properly. Over the two years, they noted one minor repair but said it was only necessary to bring it up to code, and did not effect the performance of our system (so we did not repair it.) When we went to sell our home the purchaser went with VSE to perform their septic inspection. We were thrilled as we knew this company had regularly inspected our system and thought there would be no issue (minus the small repair to bring to code.) Boy were we wrong. They quoted the perspective buyer (and therefore US) over $1,200 in repairs and almost cost us the sale of our home. They NEVER had told us or recommended to us any of the things they noted in his report over the two years we used them. We feel so taken advantage of and disappointed. We will never use this company again.
