I have been buying products from Ed at Valley lawn and sport since 2005. I have found nothing but excellent service and highly knowledgeable help. They all alsohave gone above and beyond the call of duty by answering my service questions over the phone and I was able to fix the issue myself. Great place to buy if you want great service after the sale.

I was stupid to ignore the reviews..These guys are truly THIEVES!! stay away from them. They charge me for things that they were not authorize to repair on my lawn mower. Do yourself a favor "GO TO A REPUTABLE AND HONEST PLACE" STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

I wish I would have looked at the reviews ahead of time. This is easily the worst service experience we have ever had. We took our chainsaw here, because it is close to our house. The owner said he would look at it the next day. Two weeks later I received a call from them that it was done. I asked him if it was the fuel pump that was the issue. His response to me was “It works now, doesn’t it?” I took the chainsaw home and it shut off after 30 seconds of use, exactly as it had before I took it here. My wife took it back to the store the next day to let them know they had not fixed it. To make it short, my wife asked that the $100 dollars we had paid be put into fixing the real issue with the chainsaw. He began to yell at her and told her that they had fixed the saw, and at one point made a comment that our 1.5 year old boy might accidentally get stepped on if he wanders behind the desk. After a while, she just took the chainsaw and went home. I can't believe they are still in business!

Long and short - 6 weeks later and $262 the saw works - but had to buy another due to the lost time. As he told me, he can't work for free, but I can afford to pay for his imcompetence - and BTW - this was the owner, not some hired knucklehead.



Exceptionally argumentative, doesn't listen to the problem, but heard him tell numberous people they stored it wrong and it was bad gas. Only in my case, it was the gas he himself put in and charged me for, then charged by again to clean it out because it was bad - his gas.
