Horrible rude staff and very expensive to shoot for just a hour!!

very rude . on the phone and in person. way over priced . you can order on the internet for

half the cost of what they sale. there guns and parts for. price gouging . no thank you not my hard earned dollar. if you want great costumer service. and great prices. go to tims guns in winter haven. plus i herd shoot straight asked a couple of PCSO deputys. to disarm upon entering shoot straight .now that's funny.

So I have been a patron of Shoot Straight Lakeland ever since they opended a couple years ago. I have always had a pleasant experience and today was probably the best yet. I called them and asked if they had a Magpul grip for my M&P 10 and they did so i went to buy it. Carl was the person who helped me with my purchase and even offered to install it for me. i let him intall the grip and it was exactly what I wanted. I also decided to buy one for my dads M&P 15. Carl then told me he had some great Brass 308 ammo for an awesome price, so i picked 50rds of that too. While I was buying that i asked about a Magpul sling mount (ASAP). He made sure it was the correct fit and the store owner, Dan, offered to install that as well, free of charcge since I already spent about $150.00. It required a little adjusting but he had it on in about 20 min. I was so pleased with the fitment and service I told Dan I would also buy a Sling (Magpul MS3 sling) just to give him more business. Went once again to this facility to use the range, buy ammo and targets. Each visit is always pleasant. Staff are great at the range and always helpful at the retail counters. You never have to look for a salesperson. And their knowledge of the products is excellent. I have purchased a firearm there. Happy to be a customer.

Came in to shoot and upgrade my range membership to a family membership. Staff was, as always, accommodating and efficient. Had my gun jam twenty minutes into my session, and a range staffer came out to help. He got it fixed and ran a few rounds through it to be sure, then replaced my rounds and added extra time to my clock (special courtesy). Just one reason Iﾒm sticking with Shoot Straight now. Another good day at the range!
