Russell's Western Wear

Great place to shop. Went in and was warmly greeted. Made me feel comfortable. Also, had great variety of everything. Good reasonable pricing. I would recommend it.

Great selection of everything! very reasonable prices! why would anyone want to go somewhere else! Great customer service since the moment I walked in! This is the place to shop for western wear in Polk county!

The only place to go. I'm a regular and satisfied customer. Much prefer Russell's compared to the mall.

Not to go here.. not only do I feel that they are WAY over priced, my daughter went in there to get my grandson some jeans for school.. they were priced 19.99, so she grabbed a couple of pairs and took them to the counter, at the counter she was told by the cashier that the following week the jeans would be on sale plus it also happened to be the tax free weekend. So she asked if they would hold his jeans behind the counter as he is in that hard to fit stage and they only had the 2 pairs of jeans.. they were nice enough to do that, but when she got there the next weekend to purchase the jeans, they had been MARKED UP to 23.99... my daughter brought this to their attention, the cashier said there was nothing she could do about it.. so my daughter asked for the manager, who could clearly be seen thru a window.. Billy the manager, refused to come out.. Billy and our family go way back to when he was manager at BC Corral, and he has helped us so many times with special orders while there, but it seems that now he has a whole different attitude. When they refused to correct the price, my daughter told them that she no longer wanted the jeans, and was going to drive the hour and a half to Cowboys where the jeans were cheaper and wouldnt be marked up just for a sale... as soon as my daughter walked out the door, the sales clerk came running out and said they would honor the 19.99 price, but it was to late.. what kind of store marks up their clothing before it goes on sale... Not one I am likely to go into anytime soon.. I beleive this is called price gouging... so Russels is no longer on my list of places to go to for western wear.... and I dont recommend it to any one...
