I would recommend Rita Staffing to all of my friends and family in need of employment. I worked for Rita Staffing for more than 2 years and anytime my contract was coming to an end, they would seek replacements for me ahead of time to eliminate a break in employment. Dustin Shay was my Manager that looked out for me.

Rita Staffing is GREAT! The staff are friendly and very helpful! I would recommend Rita Staffing to anyone!

My husband was referred to Rita Staffing, Lakeland, FL, through Polk Works. He set up an appointment and interviewed with Dustin Shay, discussing at length his educational and professional backgrounds and experience. Dustin called my husband one time only with a minimum wage labor position, totally contradicting everything discussed at their meeting and his professional background. Since then, we have seen multiple positions listed that my husband would qualify for and be interested in pursuing on websites listed through Rita Staffing. After 2 weeks of unanswered telephone messages and emails to Dustin, he went to their Winter Haven, FL location. hoping to find someone to help pursue some of these positions listed, and was told by the female there that his information was on file and to wait for a call.



From our experience, the staff at this agency (both Lakeland and Winter Haven locations) are lazy and totally incompetent.

As an employer who has un foreseen staffing needs at a moments notice we can always depend on the staff at Rita to come through, even at a moments notice! They are professional, courteous and provide us with skilled workers.

We have no reason to call another agency!

I have been with Rita Staffing for about 8 months. During that time I have been given numerous opportunities, all of which were great positions. I have never had any problems/issues with Rita Staffing. They have been professional, caring, courteous, and very responsive. I would recommend Rita Staffing to everyone!

I signed up with Rita Staffing in Mar 2013 and didn't get any call backs. I kept calling to find out if there were any jobs available because they have them listed on there site. Every time I call in, they say something different from what they have posted. They emailed me about a job and i accepted. I worked at the job for less than a month and it wasn't working out. I got one check from the job and was owed another check. 2 weeks later and i am still waiting on my check. I am not at all pleased and that is very unprofessional.

They are super nice. I have been a job seeker several times over the past 20 years and Rita Staffing has always been there. They have several locations throughout Florida and they have been very helpful during my career. They also placed my son so he could get started in the workforce and build skills in the manufacturing and warehouse industry. We love them!
