STAY AWAY!!!!!

This place is awful. They try to push business on you. I thought I would go against the grain and take my MIL here for her birthday. There were three in our party.



First me..

I wanted acrylics. The person who did my nails was constantly asking me if I liked his work and giving me old japanese/chinese sayings. He never asked what style of nail I wanted (I always get oval shortish) He instantly did a flat medium. He never finished painting my nails all the way to the side, just rushed through my nails and slapped color on them. He never asked if I wanted a design, never offered aftercare on the nails. When he was done (by his standards) he then put me under the dryer told me five minutes (it was more like half an hour to dry fully and even then they still weren't fully dry), then proceeded to ignore me. The other women in the shop were trying to push eyebrow waxing and stuff on me.



My MIL got a pedicure, they CUT HER TOE!!!! He took his time but still cut her toe. She is still limping from this. The man didn't talk to her the entire time.



The women was nasty to my five year old niece. She painted her nails without permission from my MIL or me. The polish was falling off the nails within an hour and no my niece didn't pick at it. She didn't put color on all the nails and didn't put a top coat.



And if this wasn't enough..



When I called back within two hours to complain, the manager snapped at me asking what do I want him to do.... when I said I wasn't satisified he told me to come back and they would fix it. When I told him that I lived too far to drive back, he then proceeded to requestion what hje was supposed to do about it.



And to top it off.



My bill was 54.00... that wasn't the issue.The issue was when they charged my account (finally clearing after four days ) and they took it upon their selves to take out extra money for their tip. A tip I refused to pay because their service wasn't good at all. Needless to say, I am not pleased and will never return to this place. It is clear they are after money and only treat their regular customers with friendiless.



So stay away from this place. I would give it zero stars if I could.
