        Overall

        Called to get service info, got hung up on ,called back (same#) got fax, called back again, phone rang 18 times before I hung up! If this is the customer service just to get info,I'd hate to see what happens in person!!...Trying another company!



        PS: only gave rating of 1 star 'cause 0 was not an option!
