BABBSCO Towing Inc

The woman that wrote the nasty review parked her car on the side of the road FOR SALE and was towed by DMV and the call was dispatched by FHP. The call was a LAW ENFORCEMENT TOW, in NO WAY illegally towed! Her VIN # was covered and FHP told us they MUST have the VIN and to use whatever means necessary to get it., even to break the glass to get the info they needed. We explained all of this and she refused to understand. She was upset and we understood, but we are obligated to obey the instructions of the LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY requesting the tow. This woman was told by another customer who happened to be a wholesale dealer that was also towed at the same time by DMV/FHP that probably the reason the window was broken was to make it easier to tow...The vehicle had been towed and was in the impound lot and the vent glass was only broken after trying unsuccessfully to unlock the truck with lockout tools. FHP has all of the FACTS documented for review! We have been in business for 35 years and tow almost exclusively for LAW ENFORCEMENT and needless to say if the statements this woman made were true, which they aren't we wouldn't be in business with an impeccable reputation! We are a woman owned business and work very hard to set the example for the industry in customer service! We also try very hard to educate our customers so these situations don't happen to unemployed single moms .... we understand that this woman didn't know parking her car on the side of the road was against the law, this rebuttal is not meant to discredit her feelings, only to set the record straight on her misconstrued views of BABBSCO Towing.

They illegally towed my vehicle, then charged me 255 dollars to retrieve it. Upon going to get the vehicle I noticed they busted out my window. Their excuse? They couldn't tow it with emergency brake on. They refuse to pay for the damages. Total scam artists. Please keep reporting bad businesses like this one. Rip off robbers who take advantage of hard working single moms and minorities. Shameful!

These people were so helpful and nice to do business with, I would use them again in a second! They arrived within 20 minutes of contacting them!
