My computer was running so slow, and I was desperate for help. Bust Buy quoted me twice $, and needed it for twice as long. This will be my go to shop for computer repairs from here on out.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! First off, they took 3 times as long to service my computer. Then when I finally received it back it was FILTHY (which I guess is not a big deal) but what I had asked them to do was to remove my personal data only (I was planning on selling this computer since I had just received a laptop for Christmas) and what they did instead is erase every single thing off of the desktop. There is not one program left on it. To add insult to injury they charged me double what they said it was going to cost and basically handed me a filthy paper weight which was worth nothing. I will never, ever return to this business nor will I ever recommend them to a soul. If you need computer work done......run away!!!!!! Honestly, getting your 20 year old creepy neighbor kid to repair/service your computer would be a much sounder investment.
