Howard's Pool World

They know how to clean a pool/spa but in my case they had no clue in repairing my spa. They change my spa motor 3 times, burnt out every time, ended up repairing it by another company. The kept putting the wrong phase motor in expecting it to work, even got angry with me. Horrible service good spa cleaners.

Have always gone the extra mile to keep me informed of my pool repairs. Although they may not perform all repairs, they have coordinated with other companies to make the necessary repairs when it is beyond their capability. I receive regular updates detailing the repairs that they anticipate making, are in the process of making, or just completed. Their billing is prompt, fair and reasonable. I really feel I am gettingmy moneys worth with these people.
